Study on the Improvement Strategy of Trust Level between Owner and PMC Contractor Based on System Dynamics Model

Based on the theory of system dynamics, we investigated factors influencing trust relationship between owners and PMC contractors in a Chinese management scenario, proposed effective strategies to increase level two parties. In early stages project implementation, calculative owner contractor predominated, while relational predominated middle late stages. The applicability model control configuration are also vital level. Principal determinants capability reputation contractor, sufficiency owner’s authorization, efficacy supervisory measures.
